Another type of list is a definition list.
(Did you know there is such a thing as an aardwolf?)
Start with this...
<body>
<dl>
</dl>
</body>
Then add a definition title...
<body>
<dl>
<dt>10th Amendment
</dl>
</body>
And then the definition...
<body>
<dl>
<dt>10th Amendment
<dd>The powers not delegated to the United States by the
Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are
reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.
</dl>
</body>
As a finishing touch I like to make the definition title bold. It's not required, but I think it looks much better that way.
<body> <dl> <dt><b>10th Amendment</b> <dd>The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people. </dl> </body>
